The Spices Board of India, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has announced a walk-in test for the selection of Trainee Analysts (Chemistry) at the Quality Evaluation Laboratory (QEL), Narela, Delhi. This opportunity is exclusively for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates.

Job Position:

Trainee Analyst (Chemistry) – 03 Vacancies
(A panel will also be created for future selection requirements.)

Key Details:

• Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
• Training Location: QEL, Narela, Delhi
• Selection Method: Walk-in Test
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as of the walk-in test date
• Training Tenure: 1 year (extendable for another year)
• Leave Eligibility: 1 day per month

Required Qualification:

• Essential: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree with Chemistry as one of the main subjects OR a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized university/institute.
• Candidates who have already completed training in any of the Quality Evaluation Laboratories of the Spices Board are not eligible.

Training Scope:

• Chemical analysis of spices and spice products

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of attested photocopies:
✔ Filled-in and signed Annexure I form (provided in the official notification)
✔ Passport-size color photograph
✔ Identity proof (Voter ID, etc.)
✔ Proof of age
✔ Educational qualification certificates
✔ Caste certificate (SC/ST)

• The number of trainees is provisional and subject to change at the time of selection.
• Selection as Trainee Analyst is purely for training purposes and does not guarantee regular employment with the Spices Board.
