Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a leading Schedule-A Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, is engaged in strategic electronics innovation and indigenization. 

ECIL invites applications for dynamic and result-oriented personnel on a fixed tenure contract basis for an initial period of one year (extendable up to four years based on project requirements and performance). Positions are available at Visakhapatnam.

I. Positions Available:

Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (Grade-II)

• Total Posts: 8 (UR-5, OBC-2, SC-1)
• Disciplines: ECE/EEE/E&I (7 posts), Mechanical (1 post)
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in control & instrumentation, radiation monitoring systems, mechanical assembly, real-time embedded systems, and PCB debugging.
• Age Limit: 30 years (UR)
• Consolidated Pay: ₹45,000/month (1st year) | ₹50,000/month (2nd year) | ₹55,000/month (3rd year) | ₹60,000/month (4th year)
• Additional Allowances: ₹10,000/month (Submarine), ₹5,000/month (Welfare)

Assistant Project Engineer on Contract

• Total Posts: 3 (UR-3)
• Disciplines: ECE/EEE/E&I (2 posts), Mechanical (1 post)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in instrumentation, control systems, PCB testing, and troubleshooting.
• Age Limit: 30 years (UR)
• Consolidated Pay: ₹30,000/month (1st year) | ₹35,000/month (2nd year) | ₹40,000/month (3rd year) | ₹45,000/month (4th year)
• Additional Allowances: ₹5,000/month (Submarine), ₹2,000/month (Welfare)

Senior Artisan on Contract

• Total Posts: 7 (UR-4, OBC-1, SC-1)
• Disciplines: EM/Electrical/Instrumentation (4 posts), Fitter/Turner/Diesel Mechanic (2 posts)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in fault analysis, soldering, assembly, and integration of mechanical systems.
• Age Limit: 30 years (UR)
• Consolidated Pay: ₹22,718/month (subject to revision every 6 months per CLC guidelines)
• Additional Allowances: ₹5,000/month (Submarine), ₹2,000/month (Welfare)

II. Reservations & Relaxations

• OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation
• SC: 5 years relaxation
• PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation
• J&K Domicile (1980-1989): Additional 5 years relaxation
• SC candidates: 50% aggregate relaxation in qualifying marks (where applicable)

III. Selection Process

Candidates will undergo document verification followed by a personal interview. Merit will be based on:

1. Qualification: 20% of aggregate marks in Diploma/ITI
2. Relevant Experience: Up to 30 marks (graded based on years of experience)
3. Personal Interview: 50 marks

V. General Conditions

• Candidates should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
• Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in India as per project requirements.
• Those employed at ECIL must obtain a No Objection Certificate from their Reporting Officer.
