Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 3-year graduation in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Candidates must have passed CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
- Note: Candidates who have passed CA Final or CMA Final are not eligible.
2. Age Limit:
- General/EWS: Maximum 30 years as of 30th June 2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable for OBC(NCL), SC, ST, and PwBD candidates as per government norms.
3. Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in finance functions (e.g., Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Auditing) as of 31st January 2025.
- Internships or training will not be considered as valid experience.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in CA/CMA Intermediate (both groups).
- Selection Components: Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI).
Remuneration:
- Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000).
- Gross Annual Remuneration: Approximately Rs. 14.23 lakhs, including Performance-Related Pay (PRP), DA, HRA, and other benefits.
