Inauguration of Laboratory Building at Agricultural University Kalimpong 

 A laboratory building has been inaugurated at the Regional Research Center of North Bengal Agricultural University, Kalimpong. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Basu and Registrar Professor PK Pal inaugurated the building by cutting the ribbon. 

In that laboratory, plant tissue enhancement, nuclear laboratory, soil testing etc. will be done. Madan Bhujel, an employee of the research center, has given the information that plant pathology, cardamom drying machine, cardamom planting nursery and orange quality planting materials were also inaugurated in the research center during this period.

D. Basu, Registrar Pvt. PK Pal and activist Suman De had an interaction program for about 3 hours, in which regional research center in-charge Prof. Sharad Gurung, Prof. TS Ghimire, Prof. S. Ali, Prof. BR Sharma, Dr. B Patra, Dr. Bandhan Thapa, Dr. H K Tarafdar, Dr. S Baske, Dr. Dr. D. Tuju, Agricultural Science Center. M W Moktan and all the employees were present. Conducting the second phase of the program Prof. It was done by Tulsi Sharan Ghimire.
