Job Details
Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Number of Vacancies: 01 (One)
- Fellowship:
- Rs. 31,000/- + HRA 8% per month (first two years)
- Rs. 35,000/- + HRA 8% per month (third year, based on performance)
- Duration: Initially for six months, extendable up to the project duration based on performance.

- First-class Master’s Degree in:
- Horticulture
- Agriculture
- Life Sciences
- Must have NET/GATE qualification
Desirable Qualifications:

- Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in Himalayan biodiversity and field surveys in the Himalayan region.
Junior Project Fellow (JPF) Alternative
Candidates without NET/GATE qualification may still apply and, if selected, will be considered for the position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) with a fellowship as per MoEF&CC norms.
