Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality:
- Candidates must be citizens of India.
2. Age Limit (As of 01.03.2025):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 28 years
- Age relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government norms.
3. Educational Qualification:
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
- Candidates registered under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) must have completed graduation between 01.04.2021 and 01.03.2025.
Selection Process Indian Overseas Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025
The selection of candidates will be based on:
- Online Written Test (Objective Type): Covering General Awareness, English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge (Total 100 Marks).
- Test of Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state they are applying for.
- Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test: Final selection is subject to verification of eligibility documents and medical fitness.
Stipend Details
- Metro Cities: ₹15,000/- per month
- Urban Areas: ₹12,000/- per month
- Semi-Urban/Rural Areas: ₹10,000/- per month
Candidates registered under NATS will receive a subsidy of ₹4,500/- from the Government of India.
Application Process
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online between 1st March 2025 to 9th March 2025 through the following steps:
- Visit IOB Careers Page or BFSI SSC
- Click on “Apply Online” under the Engagement of Apprentices section.
- Fill in the required details and upload scanned documents.
- Pay the application fee online:
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹944 (including GST)
- SC/ST/Female: ₹708 (including GST)
- PwBD: ₹472 (including GST)
- Submit the application form and take a printout for reference.
Important Instructions
- Candidates should have a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Applicants must register on NATS/NAPS portal before applying.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed.
- No requests for changes in application details will be entertained after submission.
