Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Namchi, Sikkim

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Namchi, Sikkim invites applications from eligible candidates for the following post under the Establishment of the District & Sessions Court, Namchi on a purely temporary basis:

1. Residential Orderly

• Number of Posts: 2
• Pay in the Pay Matrix: Level-5

Requisite Qualification:

• Class V pass

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Age:
   • Minimum age: 18 years
   • Maximum age: 30 years as on 21.02.2025
   • Age relaxation for eligible candidates as per Notification No:- M(3)(55)/GEN/DOP/PT-II dated 03.07.2017:
     • Minimum age: 18 years
     • Maximum age: 40 years as on 21.02.2025

Documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Educational Qualification: As listed in the table under "Requisite Qualification".
2. Birth Certificate
3. Residential Proof
4. Three recent passport-size photographs
5. Candidates already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.

Important Dates:

• Last date for receipt of applications: 21.02.2025 (Applications received after this date will not be entertained, regardless of the mode of submission).

Note:

• Candidates found eligible on preliminary scrutiny of applications will be issued a calling letter for the viva-voce.
• T.A./D.A. will not be provided for appearing in the interview/viva-voce.
• The District & Sessions Court reserves the right to accept or reject any application, with or without reason.
