Rabindra Sarani, Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling - 734006 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on all working day (except Govt. holiday). 

The hard copy of he Application Form along with relevant documents are to be submitted by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courrier/ By hand (Drop Box) at the Office of The Institute in favour of Member Secretary, North Bengal Institute of Hearing Handicapped, No.1 Dabgram, P.O. Rabindra Sarani, Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling 734006 (W.B.) and no application will be received after 4 p.m. on 5th December 2023.
