Lingsey Higher Secondary School established in the year of 1981 is located in a beautiful village named Lingsey in the outskirts of Kalimpong district of West Bengal . The School shares border with neighbouring state  Sikkim. 

Lingsey Higher Secondary School is located around 56 km away from Kalimpong town.  The school was granted formal recognition  up to class Eight  in the year 1998 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education WBBSE, Government of West Bengal. 

Lingsey Higher Secondary School was upgraded to Higher Secondary School up to Class Ten in the year 2011. With great effort of SMC and the Headmaster, the school has started Higher Secondary Section  offering Arts Stream in the year 2019. 

The Higher Secondary Section of the School is affiliated to St. George's Higher Secondary School, Pedong, District Kalimpong.
