 AGRICULTURAL MARKETING OFFICER (TRAINING & CANNING)

 No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02, PWD-01)

Educational Qualification:

 i) A degree in Food Technology/ Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognised University/ Institute OR B.Sc. degree from a recognised University/ Institute.

 ii) Training in Fruit Preservation/ Fruit Processing at Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore/ Bangalore or any other Government or Government Organised Institution or 05 years' experience in a Fruit Preservation or Processing Factory of repute or Training Centre under Government.

iii) Knowledge of Bengali or Nepali-spoken and written.

Desirable: Teaching experience in a food Processing Institution.

 Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 01.01.2019. Pay Scale: Rs. 9,000/- - Rs. 40,500/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,700/The vacancies are under West Bengal Junior Agricultural Service (Marketing) under the Department of Agricultural Marketing, Govt. of West Bengal. The post is Permanent in nature.
