District court of Darjeeling has released admit card for the recruitment of LDC, Process Server and Group D Exam 2019 which has been  been scheduled to be held on 30th June 2019 in different shifts for each post beginning from 11.00 AM and 01.00 PM at different exam centres decided by the Commission.

How to Download Admit Card Darjeeling District Court

• Candidates needs to visit the official website i.e. https://districts.ecourts.gov.in.
• Click on the link " Online Admit Card / Call Letter" given on the left side Menu bar on the Home Page of the website.
• A New Window/page will open where you will need to click again on the “Admit” button.
• Once done, A New Window/page will open where you will need fill your registration credentials – Application Number and email.
• Once entered correctly and submitting, you will see your Admit Card.
• Take Print Out of your admit card and save a copy for future reference

Vacancy / Advertisement Details

Post- LDC and Process Server
 REPORTING TIME : 10.00 A.M

. PHASE I :- TEST START : 11.00 A.M. ,
TEST DURATION : 1 HOUR.

PHASE II :- TEST START : 1.00 P.M. ,
TEST DURATION : 2 HOURS.

 (Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the Venue Premises in between Phase-I and Phase-II Exam.)

Post- Group-D REPORTING TIME : 12.00 NOON PHASE I :- TEST START : 1.00 A.M. , TEST DURATION : 2 HOURS. Eligible Candidates of 2016 The admit card of the selected candidates for the vacancies of 2016 have been sent by speed post.

 RECRUITMENT FOR FILLING UP VACANCIES

Online application from the eligible Indian citizens are invited for preparation of separate panels to fill up the existing and expected vacancies in the Judgeship of Darjeeling The examination for all categories of posts will be held on a particular date and time which shall be fixed and conducted by the district Recruitment Committee of Darjeeling Judgeship in due course of time.

 One can apply for only one post of any particular category. The candidature of the candidate will be summarily rejected in case of submission of more than one application. Vacancy details, scale of pay application fee, eligibility criteria are as under.

Eligibility Criteria

1 Candidate should not be less than 18 years as on 01.01.2019 and should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01.2019 for all categories of post. Relaxation of age limit is applicable for 5 years in case o candidates of SC/ST categories and 3 years in case of OBC categories only. The upper age limit, in case of persons with disabilities is 45 years. Relaxation of age limit in case of Ex-servicemen category is followed as per existing state government rules.

Benefits of age relaxation for candidates with disabilities of at least 40% and below shall be admissible to all such candidates as per relevant rules.


 2 For the post of LDC :

The candidates must have certificates of Madhyamik or higher education from any recognised Institution and certificates of Computer Knowledge.


 For the post of Process Server :

The candidates must have certificates of Madhyamik or higher education from any recognised Institution and certificates of Computer Knowledge. For all post in Group-D category (Night Guard & Karmabandu) :

The candidate must have certificate of Class VIII passed or above from any recognized School or any other recognized institution. Graduates are not eligible for the post of Group D category.
