Notice for engagement in the contractual posts of Rani Rashmoni Chhatri Nibas(2." Unit) at 20,Judges Court Road, Alipore, Kolkata - 700027.

Applications are invited int DISTRICT WELFARE OFFICE KOLKATA from the eligible female Indian citizens in prescribed Proforma of application for purely temporary engagement on contractual basis for the following posts of Rani Rashmoni Chhatri Nibas(2nd Unit - Central Hostel for girls) at 20, Judges Court Road, Alipore, Kolkata under Backward Classes Welfare Department, Govt. of West Bengal.

All the posts are purely temporary on contractual basis and the engagement shall be for a period of one (1) year only.
Age of applicant will not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years for GENERAL category candidates as on the last date of submission of application (06/09/2018). Relaxation of upper limit of age is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per existing rules of the Government of West Bengal.
Mode of selection
Superintendent & Matron:
+ Selection process comprises of two stages - Written Test followed by Interview.
(a) Written Test - 100 marks - Multiple Choice type Questions (MCQ) comprising of English, Bengali, Arithmetic and General Knowledge.
# Written Test will be of 1 (one) hour duration. (b) Interview - 15 marks - Shortlisted candidates on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test will be called for an Interview.
(c) Final selection will be made on the basis of Merit list prepared based on total marks obtained by shortlisted candidates in
Written Test and Interview (out of 115marks).
Cook, Helper, Darwan - cum - Night Guard (DCNG) & Karmabandhu (Part time):
() Selection process comprises of on the basis of Interview & experience in similar type of work. All the valid applicants will be called for Interview.

The intending candidates may apply in prescribed proforma (enclosed with this notice or can be downloaded from www.anagrasarkalyan.gov.in) giving their particulars such as educational qualification, date of birth, contact no., address & experience, if any. Self-attested photo copy of the age proof document (Birth Certificate/Certificate issued by the concerned school/Admit card/Certificate of MP), Certificates of educational qualification, residential proof (AADHAR card /Voter ID card) and two Self- attested recent passport size photographs of applicant (one is to be pasted on the space provided on Proforma of application and other is to be attached with application) must be attached with application.
