RECRUITMENT OF ASHA

Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer , Mirik Sub-Division , Old College Building Mirik, dist Darjeeling invites application for engagement for ASHA via memo no  419/ASHA/18
Dated 11-05-18 (Accredited Social Health Activist) . The candidates will be engaged in different villages / locality of Mirik Development Block.


Eligibility:

• The candidate should be married / divorced or widowed women.
• The candidate should be a resident of the same village/ Locality for which she will be selected.
• The candidate should be within the age group of 30-40 years on the date of notification. In case if SC and ST candidates the lower age limit is relaxed to 22 years.
• The Candidate should be Madhyamik passed or failed. Candidate who are Madhyamik passed or possessing higher qualification are also eligible. However in case if Candidates possessing higher qualification only marks obtained in Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered.

Documents
Self attested Xerox copies f Documents to be submitted / Original :

• The proof of residence ( Voter ID or ration card)
• Mark sheet of Madhyamik or its equivalent (passed or failed).
• Admit card of Madhyamik or its equivalent as age proof caste certificate / ST certificate if available
• Candidates who are member of self help group may submit respective certificate issued by BDO Mirik .
• Candidates who are links workers or Dai under Mirik BPHC will submit certificate issued by BMOH Mirik BPHC.
• Candidates for Marriage / Divorced Widow etc a will have to submit certificates issued by government authority.

How to apply :

• The application format is annexed with this Notice Xerox Copies or Neatly hand written will be accepted.
• Two filled copies are to be brought. One for the submission and one for the receipt.

The Application is to be submitted to the office of the Block Development officer , Mirik
development Blok from 15th to 31st may 2018 between 10-2 PM in the official working days.
