Eligibility Criteria for Barista Trainer
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass with at least 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Preferred Experience: 3+ years as a Barista.
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation of up to 3 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
Type of Employment
- This is a contractual role for 11 months, extendable based on performance.
- The position does not lead to a regular job in the Coffee Board.
Responsibilities of the Barista Trainer
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Training and Demonstration: Attend training sessions conducted by Coffee Board’s in-house trainers and demonstrate proficiency in organizing training programs.
- Organizing Programs: Conduct Barista training programs across India, including participant registration, venue arrangement, and transportation of training materials.
- Teaching Skills: Provide both theoretical and practical knowledge to participants, ensuring they master coffee-based beverage preparation and customer service skills.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor trainee performance and assist them in understanding safety procedures, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the competent authority.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 (consolidated).
- Leave Entitlement: 8 days of Casual Leave and 2 days of Restricted Holidays per year (pro-rata basis).
- Training: Professional Barista training will be provided to the selected candidate.
