Available Positions:
AAI invites online applications for the following positions:
1. Junior Executive (Fire Services)
- Vacancies: 13
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Fire Engg./Mechanical Engg./Automobile Engg.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as of 18.03.2025). Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
- Additional Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license at the time of application verification and obtain a Heavy Vehicle Driving License within two years of joining.
- Selection Process: Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test.
2. Junior Executive (Human Resources)
- Vacancies: 66
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA or equivalent (2 years) specializing in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as of 18.03.2025). Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
- Selection Process: Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.
3. Junior Executive (Official Language)
- Vacancies: 04
- Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Hindi or English with Hindi/English as a subject at the degree level, OR Post-Graduation in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the degree level.
- Experience: Minimum two years in translation work (preferably in technical or scientific literature).
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as of 18.03.2025). Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
- Selection Process: Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- (IDA Scale) with annual increment of 3%.
- Total Approximate CTC: Rs. 13 Lakhs per annum.
