Job Notification: Coffee Board of India – Hiring for Program Manager & Program Executives
The Coffee Board of India, established under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, is a guiding force in the coffee sector, covering research, technology transfer, quality enhancement, market promotion, and capacity building. To strengthen skill development in the coffee industry, the Atal Incubation Center – Central Coffee Research Institute - Center for Entrepreneurship Development (AIC-CCRI-CED) has set up a Skill Development Cell (SDC).
To support its mission, AIC-CCRI-CED invites applications for the following positions on an ad-hoc and contractual basis.

1. Position: Program Manager
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will oversee and manage the Skill Development Cell (SDC), working closely with stakeholders to plan and implement training programs. The role requires expertise in business development, project management, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and formulate strategies.
- Design training content for physical and virtual modes.
- Identify and onboard trainers.
- Track program effectiveness through feedback mechanisms.
- Manage program logistics, finances, and administration.
- Report to the CEO, AIC-CCRI-CED.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: First-class Master’s degree in MBA/PGDM/MSW from a reputed institution. Distance or online degrees will not be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate training, skill development, or academic institutions.
- Age Limit: 33 years (relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST/Women).
- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Experience in LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Proficiency in MS Office, video conferencing & survey tools.
- No career gaps exceeding 2 years.
2. Position: Program Executive
Role Overview:
The Program Executive will coordinate skill development programs in collaboration with training partners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate training programs.
- Ensure effective execution of program initiatives.
- Develop assessment protocols and track project milestones.
- Work cross-functionally with teams and external vendors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: First-class Bachelor’s degree in BBA/BBM/Social Work from a reputed institution. Distance or online degrees will not be considered.
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM/MSW.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in corporate training, skill development, or business coordination.
- Age Limit: 28 years (relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST/Women).
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva & automation tools.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- No career gaps exceeding 2 years.
