Engagement of Young Professionals in the Integrated Finance Division

The Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, invites applications for the position of Young Professional to assist in budget formulation, financial proposal examination, and other critical financial tasks within the Integrated Finance Division.

Position Details:

• Position: Young Professional
• Number of Vacancies: 03
• Location: Ministry of Civil Aviation, 'B' Block, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Examining PSU Board Meeting Agendas in compliance with Corporate Laws, RBI Circulars, and DPE guidelines.
• Conducting research on finance and civil aviation developments.
• Data analysis using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Coordinating with audit teams for Internal/Compliance Audits.
• Managing financial data on various government portals.
• Overseeing financial aspects of NASFT and RACFT.
• Handling additional financial tasks assigned by the Ministry.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Essential: Any graduate/postgraduate degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Desirable: Preference for candidates with Government Sector experience.

2. Age Limit:

• Candidates must be below 35 years as of 1st March 2025.

3. Skills Required:

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and a dedicated team player.
• Ability to work extended hours and possess good coordination/negotiation skills.

Terms of Engagement:

• Appointment Type: Contractual
• Contract Duration: One year, extendable based on performance.
• Remuneration:
  • Graduate Degree: Rs. 50,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
  • Postgraduate Degree: Rs. 54,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
• Leave: 12 days per year (pro-rata basis)
• TA/DA: Not provided for joining or completion of assignment. Official travel will be reimbursed as per government norms.
