TDSAT is an Appellate Tribunal established under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, with jurisdiction over matters related to Telecom, Broadcasting, IT, Airport Tariff, and Aadhaar under their respective Acts. The Tribunal is headquartered in New Delhi.
