Post 1: Communications Project Officer– TeaLeaF (Teacher Leading Frontline)
Timings: Full time, 5 days a week
Location: Darjeeling, West Bengal India

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Mass Communication or equivalent is required. Advanced degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or other relevant fields is preferred.
- Prior experience or training in content management, social media management, communication management.
- Demonstrated maturity and judgment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be a quick learner, able to multitask, and self-manage
- Desire to grow and develop as a professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in spoken and written Nepali highly valued
Proposed salary:
25,000 pm gross salary. Final figure to be decided by DLRPrerna.

BA or equivalent is required. Advanced degree Psychology, Child Psychology, Public Health or other Health related fields, or other relevant fields are preferred.
- Prior experience or training in clinical psychology.
- Demonstrated maturity and judgment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, and self-manage
- Desire to grow and develop as a professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in spoken and written Nepali highly valued.
Proposed salary:
Rs 27,500 to Rs 35000 pm gross salary. Final figure to be decided by DLRPrerna.

Qualifications
BA or equivalent is required. Advanced degree in Research, Public Health or other Health related fields, Medical Anthropology or other related Social Science Discipline, Social Work, or other relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience or training in research methods (quantitative and/or qualitative and publishing)
- Demonstrated maturity and judgment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, and self-manage
- Desire to grow and develop as a professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in spoken and written Nepali highly valued
Proposed salary:
Rs 16,000 to Rs 20,000 pm gross salary. Final figure to be decided by DLRPrerna.
