Applications are invited in prescribed format for the recruitment to the contractual post of 01 (one) 

Data Manager for Kanyashree Prakalpa in unreserved category under Pedong Block Development 

Office, Kalimpong district (renewable as per government rules and regulations).

 Applicant must be a citizen of India, and permanent resident of Kalimpong district;

 Age : Not more than 37 years as on 01/01/2022 for General category; applicants belonging to 

SC & ST category shall be entitled to a concession of five years (that is, 42 years as on 

01/01/2022) and three years for BCW category over the prescribed age limit (that is, 40 years 

as on 01/01/2022) respectively, provided that they submit their relevant Caste Certificate;

 Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline; Certificate in Computer Applications 

from a recognised institute and working knowledge of computer with ability to work in 

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point; typing speed of 30 wpm; one 

year of working experience in any govt./non-govt. organisation;

 Salary/Remuneration : Rs. 11,000 /- per month (consolidated);

 Tenure of Service : On yearly contract ;

 Mode of Selection : Written MCQ examination (50 marks weightage), followed by Computer 

Test (40 marks weightage) and Personality Test (10 marks weightage);

 Enclosures to be Submitted : Post-Graduation (if any) and Graduation Marksheet and 

Certificate, Computer Application/Course Certificate, Higher Secondary and Secondary 

Examination Marksheet and Certificate, Age Proof Certificate (EPIC/PAN/AADHAAR/Admit 

Card/Birth Certificate), Residential Proof Certificate (EPIC/AADHAAR), Caste Certificate (if 

applicable), two copies of passport size photographs; all these are to be self-attested.

These documents/enclosures along with filled in prescribed application format are to be put in a 

sealed envelope (written Application for Recruitment to the Post of Data Manager for Kanyashree 

Prakalpa under Pedong Development Block, Kalimpong district on it, and addressed to The District 

Magistrate & District Collector, Kalimpong) and either sent to 

Kanyashree Section, Office of the District Magistrate, Kalimpong, first floor, P.O. & P.S. Kalimpong, Dist – Kalimpong, PIN – 734301 by post/courier, or hand-delivered to Kanyashree Section, Office of the District Magistrate, Kalimpong, first floor, PIN – 734301 between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm (on official working days) on and from 27/07/2022 to 17/08/2022 (last date of submission).
