Bhanu Bhakta Acharya Study Centre Darjeeling for competitive examination

Admission call for aspirants for different competitive examinations for admission into the Bhanu  Bhakta Acharya Library/Study Centre. Aspiring candidates are invited to appear for a written MCQ  Examination on 17th June, 2022 at 1200 Hours at Police Town Office Complex, Darjeeling. Upon  completion the TOP 50 candidates will be selected on merit basis.

Salient features of the library/study centre: 

1. Fully furnished library with individual cubicles and a discussion room. 

2. Free Wi-Fi facility for the candidates who will be selected. 

3. Facility of online classes. 

4. Guidance from coaching centres, renowned faculties (IAS, IPS, WBCS, NDA etc) 5. Interview guidance from selected officers. 

6. Timing – 1000 hours to 1800 hours. 

7. One time enrolment fees of Rs 10 only. No charges henceforth. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates appearing must be graduate in any discipline. 

**Candidates who have qualified Prelims/mains/interview for UPSC and WBCS in any year need  not appear for the exam and will get direct admission upon furnishing of required proof. 

Examination pattern: 

1. 100 questions in total (1 marks each). 

2. 50 questions from General Studies and 50 questions from Aptitude (English, maths,  reasoning etc). 

3. 1/3rd negative marking. 

4. Time :1 hour 

5. Paper will be in English only. 

Results:  

Results will be announced on Tuesday, 21st June, 2022 at 1200 hours. The list of the successful  candidates will be displayed in the Facebook page of Darjeeling police.

Interested candidates are requested to download the form from Darjeeling police Facebook page  and submit the filled form at Bhanu Bhakta Library, Police Town office complex, Darjeeling by 16th June, 2022 by 1800 hours.
