Recruitment to the posts of Gram Panchayat Secretary and Sahayak in Burdwan District

Applications in prescribed format are invited from Indian citizens as defined in the Part-II of
the Constitution of India for recruitment to the Gram Panchayat Secretary and Gram
Panchayat Sahayak. Willing candidates shall be required to apply online in the website
http://www.bardhaman.nic.in on or before the closing date i.e 23.12.2016 up to 5 pm. The
relevant particulars like names of the posts, qualification, age limit, scale of pay and
anticipated vacancy position under each category of post are stated in the following
paragraphs. A candidate must go through the instructions thoroughly and carefully before
submitting online application. Any omission / suppression of information shall lead to
rejection of application or candidature at any stage of the process without further intimation.
The conditions so prescribed shall not be relaxed. Selection will be made through an open
competitive examination to be conducted by the District Level Selection Committee, Burdwan.
All appointments will initially be made on a temporary basis.

VACANCY DETAILS

Educational Qualification :

1.Gram Panchayat Secretary :  Higher Secondary Examination (12th) from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or University.

2.Gram Panchayat Sahayak : Candidate should have passed the 10th Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University.

Age Limit : As on 01.01.2016

Location : Burdwan (West Bengal)

Gen : 18 to 40 years

OBC : 18 to 43 years

SC/ST/PWD  : 18 to 45 years
