Application for the post of Data Entry Operator in Jalpaiguri

Application are invited for the post of data entry operator for treasury -II in Jalpaiguri from the eligible candidates. Engagement of the post shall be purely on contract basis / temporary basis for a period of one year and further can be renewed or extended after evaluating the satisfactory performance of the candidate by the finance Department on the recommendation of the district magistrate Jalpaiguri. After completion of the contract tenure the candidate will be given 30 days prior notice if the term is not renewed. or the candidate will be terminated if he/she fails to perform as per the departments order.



Role and duties of the Data entry operator: Bill receiving , scroll Entry , Cheque delivery, return memo generation, compilation work, advice entry of LF/PL , sanction order entry , other related data entry operations.


Qualification : Graduate with 'O' Level certificate in computer application

Pay :Newly engaged data entry operators will be given consolidated remuneration of Rs.11,000 per month. Further annual increment benefit will be @ Rs 500 for the first five year and after 6th year the candidate will be given an increment of Rs 600 subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Age : 18-40 years as on 01/10/2017


Selection procedure : Candidates having 'O' level certificate in computer application having the highest marks on the basis of Madhyamik , H.S. and Graduation will be called for Computer Test. and after successfully completion of the computer test the candidate will be called for viva

Last date of receiving application : 27/12/2017 (5 PM)
